I went to return a broken skeleton decoration, but didn’t have the debit card with me. I ended up going twice, and each time I went the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The first visit, the cashier taped up the box for me even though I had ripped it open by accident. Obviously, I was thankful so much so that I decided to write a glowing review. Great customer service & just being kind to people goes a long way!
Love going to kirklands, I hope it doesn't change now that bed bath and beyond merged.
Fast and easy in and out delivery around back. May need to close dumpster gates to dock. Overnight available. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
