Dont ever order from them online cause twice I have and when I had a question I couldn't get them on the phone to answer! I shouldn't have to go all the way into Montgomery to get a question answered about my order for pickup! Also I will not order from them online again because when my order got canceled they had it pending for over 2 weeks in my account and as soon as I ordered from them they canceled it cause they were out of stock, it shouldn't be pending for 2 weeks in my account for a cancelation the same minute I orde... read more

I’ve enjoyed shopping here before and appreciated customer service. Carrie has been very helpful in finding the right items. HOWEVER I came in today and it was brutally hot inside. I couldn’t deal with it, and I don’t know how the employees are managing. I’m not shopping without AC!! Maybe I’ll try another store.
