Love Kirkland’s! Stopped in the Dover store today, not looking for anything specific, and ended up finding & buying some fall decor for my porch. Was able to get everything I needed to make my porch look great! But most importantly, the service I received from associate, Tatum, was exceptional! She greeted everyone and advised us of the current sales, she helped me carry my purchases to my car, and let me know when I can expect Christmas decor to arrive because that’s what I’ll be looking for next. Beautiful home items and decor. Prices are reasonable and affordable. There's always that special something for everyone! Haven't visited in a while, it's time to come back!
I love this store! It's always very well organized, they carry such beautiful decor and the staff is so friendly.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Beautiful store, staff not so friendly. My Mom and I walked the entire store and not one person greeted us or asked if we needed help, the store wasn’t busy and we still did not get approached. Staff was giving “Karen” vibes, this was my first time visiting a Kirklands, probably my last ay this Dover location, it left a lot to be desired, will probably go to a friendlier less Karen style less RUDE location
