This store has amazing, classy holiday products and sales. The candles are pretty strong and well worth the sale prices as well.
So apparently when you order online and have a mixed order of fragrances that are existing in the store and a “ship to store” you must pick up the fragrances that are in the store within 5 days even when remainder of your online order hasn’t arrived yet. If you don’t, that part of the order gets cancelled and if you used any of the rewards values towards that order, you lost it.
