Lisa has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. What kind of associate does not even greet you when you walk in? I also asked about ornaments and she had such a rude disposition. She should NOT work in customer service.
Went on Black Friday and the staff was so kind and helpful. Found great deals on items I needed and didn't know I needed . The store has beautiful home decor items. Great customer service even offered to help me to my car.
Actual pricing was not on quite a few of the items displayed
The manager there is very rude and unprofessional. My husband and I came there on Saturday to do a return. We had purchased a table at the Kennesaw location and it did not fit in our room so we needed to return it and the Smyrna location is closer. My husband went inside and told the manager he needed to do a return on a piece a furniture she blew really loud and walked away. Kirkland's was having a sale. The items in the store are wonderful for accent home pieces. What I particularly liked from this location was the staff. They were very helpful, professional and kind.
