The manager here is very rude and condescending. I asked her a simple question, but was greeted with a sigh and a response that made me feel as if I was wasting her time. No wonder this location is closing.
I went to the store this past Friday afternoon for a return and to do some shopping. Nikki was so attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond with her service and I could not be more happy when I left. I love this Kirkland and will continue to come shop at this location.
