OK, so I recently got a home and I’m in the process of decorating it and it’s been a blast! I’ve driven past the store Kirklands 1 million times as I frequent The Loop and The Crosslands. So I’m not one that needs the associates to have in depth conversations with me but I do expect decent customer service. I wish I would have looked at her name tag but the heavy set older dirty blonde white lady should find another job. When checking out she didn’t greet me at all, just said next and asked if I had an account with them. She didn’t ask for the phone number nor email, she just stared waiting for a response.
