The combination of 2 stores will take getting used to, but the best part BY FAR, is seeing Taylor's sweet face still working there! Taylor is kind, helpful and knowledgeable, which is enough for me to continue shopping here.
The new rebranding on Kirkland's into Bed Bath and Beyond was a horrible idea. They completely changed the store. Its no longer cozy and inviting. The store is cold, half empty and uninviting. I spent 5 minutes in there and the overall vibe just made me want to leave. Bad idea. I won't ever be back.
Well my understand is they are going out of business….and I can see why. Two employees last night one blonde ( super nice ) and the other one that rang us out ( receipt says Tisha - girl with nose ring - provided for description ) was absolutely horrible. Her personality was less than anyone should experience. I would guess that this is not her first day of being miserable to customer…..and I often wonder why people want to press upon others this type of behavior.
