The store is always clean. I was looking for valentines decorations, but they really did not have much out. This was after the snow hit, so maybe that pushed it back.
One cashier the day after thanksgiving holiday. Line all the way around store. No manager on site. Waiting over an hour to pay. The manager should get fired.
Colby was extraordinarily helpful to us when we shopped for furniture at the Collierville, TN, location. We had a great experience with him, and he’s a five star person!!!
Kolby and Katie at the Collierville location were absolutely amazing to work with! They went above and beyond to help us. Very friendly with great customer service skills!!
