The Associates were not feeling work on Sunday, upon walking in didn't even greet us, while picking up my order noticed I didn't have all I ordered, showed them my order online, oh it will probably be here by Teusday, I noticed a throw the same color in the store, was wondering if that could be 1, They both immediately walked off kept going, so I'm trying to look to see, if it had the same item number, i gave up , why try to give them my money when they are so disengaged, just rude I felt!!

They still have some ok products but selections are nothing like they used to be.
I just want to brag on our Collierville Kirkland’s! The ladies working today (whose names I should have captured) went above and beyond to help me find a second accent chair from another store. Once they found it at another store, that store told me they wouldn’t hold it for me. I asked the Collierville manager if I could return the chair if I got to that store and found that they sold the second one since they wouldn’t hold it for me.
