I’ve never experienced such horrible, rude customer service. I went to the checkout counter stood there for 2-3 minutes. Saw a lady stocking things to the side, I politely said “ excuse me is anyone at the register?” She got nasty fast and said yeah I saw you you just got there I’ll be there in a minute and slammed things down to come to the register. I said nevermind I no longer want your product, I will never shop at this store again. Dark hair lady in a bun, shouldn’t work in customer service! Kirklands should be disgrace... read more
I am only writing this review as I can not believe what people wrote about these employees. I shop in this store a lot and the employees are always friendly and helpful. They say hello when you walk in and ask if they can help you. They will tell you if there are any deals or discounts going on. Ladies keep up the good work.
