Very disappointed in the lack of selection in every category. This was my go to for home Not anymore. My house has their items peppered throughout.
Love Kirkland’s products but dislike the Brick store. The manager , Diane has been rude to me on 3 separate occasions . Everything seems to be an inconvenience when asking for help . She always has a scowl on her face. I had a return today and felt like I had done something wrong. It is obvious that the staff are not allowed to make any decisions on their own. My experience in that store is never pleasant. I was not surprised when I read the other reviews.
If you’re looking for good customer service or even a remotely pleasant shopping experience, this is not the place to go. It seems the manager and certain associates completely missed the training modules on respect, humility, and basic client experience—honestly, even the one on simply being a decent human being. If you want to be treated rudely, this is the store to go to. The manager, Diane, is so nasty and unprofessional. She has treated me this way on more than one occasion. I will definitely NOT be shopping here again. It is so sad that this company will hire such an awful manager. Beware!!
Love Kirklands, hate stepping foot into this specific location. By far some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered.
