Walked into Kirklands today and was never greeted! There was no one else in the store, the man never even looked in my direction. I walked around for a while and nothing! I was in there to browse but if I wanted to make a purchase I wouldn't have. I'm not spending my hard earned money where I can't even get a hello!
My daughter went into this store to make a return for me. The male associate was very rude by telling her "i will make an exception to make the return today , but next time you do this I will send you back" I don't wear a scarf, but she does. Maybe he is a racist. He was very rude to her. She was within the 30-day return time so I don't know what his problem was.
The floral smell in this store is so strong I don't know how anyone can shop here! It stays on your clothes for hours. Had to walk out.
The customer service representatives are so RUDE and not helpful at all.
