Tons of cute stuff! And the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Recently went in the store for the first time. They really do have some cute things. I have trouble getting around, so I was grateful to have a place to sit. The smell from all the candles and sachets in that store is overwhelming and gave me a raging headache just in the short time I was there. I may order some things online, but doubt I will go back in the store unless it’s very briefly because of the smell.
I recently visited Kirklands for the first time and filled my office with great pieces! I had wonderful customer service at the Liberty, MO store - WOW! A few weeks later, I returned an item I had ordered online and unfortunately it is their policy to not return any rewards used. I was so disappointed and wanted to be able to use the rewards I earned on a different item. My local stores - Olathe, KS and Liberty, MO - went above and beyond to make this right!
