Furniture and decorations seems out dated
I ordered two chairs online to be delivered to this store for pick up a month ago and have received no updates on the status of my order after it was delayed by 3+ weeks. After requesting a refund becaus they could not locate my order, I still have yet to receive the refund. I would be very cautious of ordering online from Kirklands.
The staffs are so professional and friendly. They always help me to find the best things i need for my house!
