Good morning! Grace and Peace to you all! My wife, daughter, and I were given the cold welcome to Kirkland's. We walked around for a moment. Another customer came in. The same person who had given us the cold welcome went over to the customer before the door could shut, it seemed. The associate began immediately helping the other customer. We looked around a bit more but there was not anyone to come to aid us. We walked out and there was no exit expression of please come again and not even a thanks for coming in.
