I visited yesterday and was greeted by Tori. Let me just say, she is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered at any Kirkland’s location! She introduced me to several new products, and thanks to her excellent service, I ended up making a purchase. I don’t know what they’re paying her, but it’s not enough! Her professionalism, friendliness, and product knowledge are truly exceptional. I will gladly drive past the locations closer to me just to shop at the Prattville store.
