They don’t even greet you when you come in… So it feels a little uncomfortable. Super rude staff, I went in there looking for a baseball tote that I saw a few days ago on clearance and I asked the lady that was behind the counter if they sold out because I didn’t see them. The customer service at this location is severely lacking. I normally don’t shop here but my first experience was last Sunday when there was one associate in the store and I was looking around for a door wreath - asked if I needed help with a bothered voice. I purchased my wreath and a picture that got damaged when I put it in my car. I came in with a receipt a week later and asked if I could return it - AFTER I stood at the counter for a minute while they were stocking soaps and they clearly saw me standing in front of them... read more
Love this store always fun and the ladies are so nice
I love Kirkland’s Home. I can spend hours in this store. They have a great selection of decor items for the summer and scents for the home.
