Employees were at front of the store when I entered. Did not greet me. Conversing with each other. I went through entire store looking at merchandise. Not even a glance from employees when I left. Bought what I needed at Home Goods.

I got an area rug and two bathroom mirrors. Great deals! So great that when I got home I ordered a second run, got the same liw price and.. got another $15 off the price due to the rewards I got from the first purchase!!

They don’t even greet you when you come in… So it feels a little uncomfortable. Super rude staff, I went in there looking for a baseball tote that I saw a few days ago on clearance and I asked the lady that was behind the counter if they sold out because I didn’t see them. With her back turned to me she said, huh? what? Is that how you treat customers. Excuse me if I was interrupting you? Definitely, we won’t be back to this store in Downers Grove. The customer service at this location is severely lacking. I normally don’t shop here but my first experience was last Sunday when there was one associate in the store and I was looking around for a door wreath - asked if I needed help with a bothered voice. I purchased my wreath and a picture that got damaged when I put it in my car. I came in with a receipt a week later and asked if I could return it - AFTER I stood at the counter for a minute while they were stocking soaps and they clearly saw me standing in front of them... read more
