Love this location and I visit many locations throughout Michigan. Always well stocked and friendly helpful staff.
Rude sales associates. Does not know how to deal with customers!
Customer service is so terrible. They try to avoid you and only talk to each other and if you have a question they act like it’s an inconvenience to answer you.
The majority of the negative reviews at this location name the manager as the reason. Unfortunately, that was my experience today. Kirkland‘s should read the reviews and provide the manager with proper training on customer service and how to treat her fellow employees.
