Went in to exchange pillow for the same pillows just lighter shade. Manager was very rude from the start. Then proceeded to give me a hard time exchanging. So I returned pillows instead and will never shop at this location again. No need to be so rude when your customers can go right next door to home goods!
Got ignored when I walked in, which doesn’t surprise me based on the other reviews. Could not find an associate to get assistance with a wreathe I wanted to see. When I finally found someone, they were obviously annoyed I asked them for help. Definitely would steer clear from this location.
I will never step foot in Kirklands again and the reason for that is I was attacked verbally and abused verbally by one of their sales associates! So now I'm frightened of her! It was a very scary experience. I have never had anything like that happened to me. This took place in Indian land SC! Her name is Laura. So be careful if you have to deal with her.
So happy to share how wonderful the staff is at the Kirklands Store in Indian Trail, SC! Laura, one of the assistant managers, went above and beyond helping my friend and me find items for our homes. She was kind, very PATIENT, and extremely HELPFUL! She really took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for.
