My first bad experience at Kirklands.. I went in to purchase some items on behalf of my mom, who has a Kirkland’s credit card. She gave me her card information to use at checkout; something we've done before without any issues. The sales associate who helped me, Brittni, was wonderful; calm, professional, and very kind.
