My shopping experience has been rejuvenated!! I have been shopping here for a while but the last time that came in, I was greeted by Ashton and she was extremely engaged and enthusiastic about helping me decorate my cabinet that I bought. This was unprompted and refreshing to receive such AMAZING customer service. I came back and she helped me with other projects!! Can’t wait to come back to get help on my next project. She is full of wonderful ideas!! She is a diamond in the retail space.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered and rude, power hungry employees. I try to be kind and give people the benefit of the doubt, but after trying to return an item within 30 days as stated on my receipt to get over $250 off the original price, I was met with horrible customer service and rude, unhelpful employees. I recently visited the Kirkland’s store in Prosper and had an incredibly disappointing experience with a staff member named Holly. While she was friendly and accommodating with white customers, her attitude towards minorities was noticeably different and unpleasant. I had an issue with a purchase, and Holly informed me that she could only offer a refund and not reorder the item for me.
