Stoped in today…..KRISTINA took SUCH GREAT CARE OF ME!!! She has AMAZING customer service! She greeted me, asked if I needed help AND invited me to return!!! Her type of customer service MAKES me return!!!
We found a floor lamp we loved online at the Kirklands in Mandarin. But their inventory was off, not in stock. Mike called the Fleming Island store, who had one and held it for us. The sales person in Fleming Island was super helpful as well. One small downside, didn't notice the switch knob was missing until we got home. Still, excellent customer service at both stores!
Haven't been there yet but excited to go.
Nice merchandise, but no one asked to help us and we were in there for at least 30 minutes on Sunday and the store was busy too.
