Location is closing and I can see why. I came in looking for specific item that was supposed be 50% off. They have signs up saying “everything must go, 30% off last ticketed price.” After I spent more than 30 minutes shopping, get to the register and they say I can’t have the item at 50% off, only 30% off. I said, I’m not asking for an additional 30% off, just the 50% off that is offered online and in store already. They said they can’t do that. Make it make sense. Ordered something online, easy and fast customer service.
The absolute worst customer service. Arrived at the store for my online order pickup at 7p and the doors were already locked (they weren’t getting ready to lock them-already locked). Associate came to the door at 7:01p and wouldn’t even let me pick up my order. I didn’t even have to come in the store. Not good customer service at all.
