Terrible customer service FYI beware of buying online and picking up at store as they give your merchandise to anyone but you. I give them a 0 rating

After leaving the Arlington store after the way I was treated . My daughter called the Mansfield store and spoke to Jessie, She was wonderful!! My daughter drove over there to be greeted by Jessie and the rest of the staff. What a great experience, My daughter FaceTime me so I can could see what great customer service was really like. Great customer service. I had several people help me and was able to replace a picture with no issues.
