Extremely difficult to get ahold of, and now there’s an AI recording to get around to schedule, very frustrating process.
The drivers are wonderful the new booking service is frustrating and unreliable. When I first moved here I called a direct number and could set up my transportation needs for the month. Now I have to go through a relay and can't book after 1pm or for anything more than 2 weeks out. The times have been off from what I was verbally told and from what it shows on their app. I have seizers so I don't drive and their are very few options for transportation in my area. I haven't been able to utilize this service because it never seems to be available. The information online is inaccurate and unhelpful, and even when you call within the hours designated by the automated voice message, the respondents are incredibly unhelpful, and rude. I've called multiple times and never once been helped.
