Kevin Summa actually called my husband yelling at him, being disrespectful, and unprofessional just because (very nicely and respectfully) he wanted clarification on his taxes. Isn't that what a professional accountant does? Answer questions and advise in a professional manner? If you want an accountant that you can talk to comfortably and be treated with respect, do yourself a favor AVOID this business!
