My experience with Kirk, Palmer, and Thigpen has been frustrating and disheartening. I’ve been trying to address ongoing issues with my HOA, which has proven nearly impossible to reach or engage. He is incompetent and narrow-minded, discriminative, pretending to be a lawyer while lacking knowledge of the law. As the attorney for NEW TOWN HOA, he is clueless about his responsibilities.
