I had purchased and pay in front for a bedroom set for my daughter and I was told I will have in 2 weeks, so far 6 weeks and several calls and nothing yet, at this point will call to get my money back!! They keep tell me that is on back order but I had to call myself to been told this
I made a purchase in July from Kirk Imports in late July. I had a small problem with one item. It took about a week to resolve the problem. Kathryn , Chris & other employees there were very professional & nice. I was very pleased
