Visited Kirk to wind up some estate issues. Personable, knowledgeable and nice guy. Only wish he had time to join us for cocktails afterwards.
I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional and unethical behavior of this lawyer in handling my widowed mother’s estate. After my stepfather’s passing, he failed to follow through on the agreements made and left my mother in distress with poor communication and a lack of accountability. His actions are completely unacceptable for someone entrusted to care for a grieving widow’s estate. I strongly advise against using his services. He is not to be trusted.
Good luck getting a hold of these people. You call leave messages for weeks, no response. You email and still no response. It would literally take 30 seconds to answer my question but no one in this place responds. I literally left a message on everyone's voicemail.
