His clerks don't know the simple definition of legal words so I'll post what extortion means on here. ex·tor·tion /ikˈstôrSH(ə)n/ noun the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats. When debt collectors harass and continue to harass people for 500$ debts from 15+years ago and then get the courts to garnish people's wages, it is the very definition of extortion.
We provided information as requested, kept promising a callback but never happened. Received different information from different people. Acted very disinterested. So much time passed that other options became not doable.
Kirk is an excellent litigator. He really came through for me. Worth every penny to see a property management company prevented from taking advantage of someone.
