Jack Howe and the gang are so helpful with our home build, but recent changes have caused some big misses in door order and other materials. Ask for clarification of who will be your primary contact as service varies greatly depending on who you work with. I hope they get thru growing pains as they cannot sustain a successful business with the misses I experienced in order mistakes and returns. They still owe me money from a mistake in billing where I overpaid.
