Our family has had several occasions to use the services of David Kirch and Emily Bowman. Mr. Kirch created wills for our blended family that solved the somewhat complicated issues of “yours, mine and ours.” Ms. Bowman updated my late mother’s will. When my mother died (at 102) she was confident that her estate would be handled as she wished.
