Excellent experience with Kirbys Moving from start to finish. Russell, Arman, and Javontay were professional, efficient, and took great care with everything during the move. They worked hard, stayed organized, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the customer service from the owner, Tay. He personally followed up with a phone call after the move and even caught a billing discrepancy in my favor before I was even aware of it. Great move crew led by an honest and honorable individual. It was a tough move with lots of heavy stuff and a 2 hour drive but that got it done in a day.
They were amazing! They packed the truck smoothly and quickly. When we got to the new place, they put things where we asked. It was a great experience and we will definitely use them in the future.
They are awesome and did a great job.
Moving was made easy for us by Tay, Russell, Donald, Armon, and Mason. They were phenomenal at loading and unloading our things. We felt they took good care of our possessions and our homes. They were courteous, professional, and helpful. Their teamwork was excellent and they were thorough in what they did. We feel like they are leaving us as friends.
