I lived in this place for 10 years starting in 1982 when it was freshly renovated to condos.For 10 years everybody's windows leaked water, snow and cold frosty air. For 10 years they were never properly fixed. Never! Chase glass made a number of half-hearted attempts but still not fixed.And with 12-foot ceilings and electric heat that place cost a fortune to heat! Stay away
