Poor - Kirby is attempting to spend $32k of my father's money to counteract his own wishes. What "other party"? One family, one party. Shortly after my father's legally appointed power of attorney was removed using lies peddled by Kirby, he died due to poor decisions made with the illegally appointed guardian. Thanks Kirby, your legal work causes death as well as theft.
