From the moment i walked into Kira & Kira, i knew I had chosen the right place to help furnish my dream home. I was paired with Cyndi who understood my style and listened to what i was trying to achieve. She gave me several options on the mood board and helped me decide. Lulu, Simone and all the staff were always welcoming and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this business and my home looks amazing
Terrible customer service. Told my Hay furniture would arrive mid-April. Emailed late April to see where my furniture was. Told I was never going to get it in April, that delivery was always going to be July! All she said was, “well I can give you your money back, Hay has us over a barrel and can do what they want because it’s so popular”. I will wait for my delivery, but will never buy from here again.
