The organization I work for receives AMAZING customer service from Kipu Health. There was only 1 mishap and it was addressed immediately and I was pleased with the outcome. If they are not able to provide a resolution right away the reach out to let me know they are still working on my ticket. Kipu is the only company I do not dread contacting when I need assistance. So thank you Kipu Client Support for all your hard work.
This company has the worst support in the history of support. You would get a better result from a group of chimps with headsets that were just given one tab of acid and three shots of espresso. You will be completely on your own to fend against the multitude of bugs, errors, and anomalies that will occur more frequently than you could have imagined with a piece of software. Kipu practices the worst kind of membership scams and fraud. They make it impossible to reach someone to cancel your membership, and continue to charge your bank account, in spite of having been notified —through the customer service messaging, which is the only option they give to communicate— that the client wants to suspend the service. This is a scam practiced by the worst and most unethical membership services. Im going to have to close my bank account to stop them from continuing to charge money.
