If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional, inefficient vendor I have worked with. After nearly 2 months and 38 emails of unnecessary back and forth with Hanna Dorfzaun to try to place an order, she decided that she would not fulfill my order. For over a month I have been asking for them to give me an invoice so I can place my order officially and she has not done so. Her emails are filled with typos and inconsistencies.
