I really like my tax preparer but my taxes were not filed after they were prepared. I waited months and finally contacted the office when I could not find my tax info online. The office said they resubmitted my taxes but and I got my federal return in the form of a check mailed to me when I had requested direct deposit. When I called again about my NC taxes since I recently moved back to SD, I could not get an answer.
