Unfortunately you can't rent from this company unless you have your own insurance coverage for rental vehicles, and management won't accept temporary coverage even if if's underwritten by a major insurance firm like Intact. Save the runaround and just go to Enterprise of Avis.

I Booked a last minute rental here after enterprise somehow broke all their reservations. After my insurance company called with details they had a brand new loaded truck outside and running for me in 20 mins. I wasn't inside for more than 10 minutes and then I was on the road heading home. The return was just as smooth in and out super quick, and they even gave me a ride to the auto body shop to pick up my truck!
