Terrible experience. Paid for the items and order was confirmed and after that zero communication. Following up after a month, there is no responses to emails and the website shows that it’s closed. Big time scam alert. The owner, Lucy, should be reported as I understand other people have had similar experiences.
Brought a jumper online…. Never arrived. Communication extremely poor. No response from emails, messages, Instagram, calls… only respond with a text message with a unfulfilled promise of a refund. Extremely disappointing
Unfortunately a bad experience for me. Nearly two months later and no product, and after agreeing to refund my money, still no sign of my $700. I suggest you do not trust Kip by the Sea with your money! I have remained extremely nice and polite throughout, but after most of my emails and texts were ignored, I said I would consider going to Consumer Affairs but didn’t really want to.
