I made an appointment TWO MONTHS ago for next week and handled everything exactly as requested. I communicated with their office entirely through email, answered every question, sent copies of insurance cards, and completed an 18-page intake packet. I even followed up afterward just to ask what to expect at the appointment. Their response? Apparently I “never finalized” the appointment and no longer had one.
