The care and knowledge that Nuala brings to every session is truly remarkable, I always leave physically better but emotionally lighter. Nuala holds space for me in her sessions for areas of my life I didn't even realise required space. I cannot recommend her enough, for whatever stage of life you are at.
I first found Nuala at the start of my second pregnancy, and she has been absolutely everything I needed!
