My mother has been there for almost two months now. I have only had staff answer the phone once out of possible 15 calls and voicemails left for callback re my mother. This makes my first impression of Kin Village to be very unprofessional, sketchy and extremely concerning when all locals provides are ALL unreachable and so not provide callbacks!
