I had an inflamed neck and back from an old whiplash injury that had been stirred up by stressful work. I booked into Shane based on google reviews and was so happy I did. In three sessions over a week he got my back & neck comfortable and functioning again with a mix of acupuncture, massage, scraping and cupping. It was the fastest relief I’ve gotten from a therapist, very grateful for his knowledge and sensitivity to the needs of my injury.

Shane is an excellent communicator explaining his way of working and relevant treatment options. I had severe pain over the hip, buttocks and up my back. He assessed that my muscles were extremely tight and proceeded with my permission to give me a very deep massage. The treatment was completed with acupuncture and heat lamp. Shane is fantastic to work with. He comes with a lot of experience with helping both the physical and mental side. He has a versitle set of treatments depending on what your body needs on the day. I've had many cupping and accupuncture treatments that I've felt create a shift in my overall wellbeing and helped me to manage a long-term chronic pain issue. Highly recommended.

Experience and knowledge are evident in Shane’s approach to address my Plantar fasciitis. I had been suffering with pain and discomfort and Accupunture was very helpful and healing. The location is convenient being close to the train station and shopping centre car park. Shane’s view of good health as a whole has also improved my sleeping.
