Please don’t trust on these volunteer’s review…I had a clinicials and preceptorship on this site which showed me the who goes on floor in really. To be honest, my preceptor( care aide) was the worst ever person and has no moral, ethics and empathy for residents. She is working from almost more than 25 years which is main reason of her negative attitude. she started eating from food which is going to be serve to residents and many a times infront of residents. one day, she cut the resident ‘s toe nail which she is not suppose... read more
