In the six month's I have been a member, I have had the time of my life! I went from living on the computer for hours a day to : teaching art, and poetry, companionship with the nicest people, enjoying exercise, trip's to various places with the group. learning French and Spanish,Singing time (love this)Bingo, and so much more. I am really living now thanks to Uptown Shepherd's Center.
