Product Quality: Lackluster product quality, especially in the $80/oz price tier for deli items. Customer Service: Poor customer service, unhelpful bud tender and just a decline in the overall experience. Past Experience: Used to be a regular stop and I have spent a lot of money here, but the quality and service have declined.
