Wonderful experience working with Kinsey's to have our hardwoods refinished. Dustin did a beautiful job and all these staff were extremely kind, helpful and easy to work with. We highly recommend this company for your flooring needs!!!
In store staff was great. They helped me pick out the perfect floor for my house. Installation team was outstanding. They were quick and courteous and did a very high quality job. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Kinsey's! We replaced the flooring in our new home, a 130-year old farmhouse. The ladies in the showroom helped us as we hemmed and hawed over what product to choose, and gave us lots of great advice based on our needs (budget, kids, dog, how hard we'll be on the flooring, age and style of the home, etc). The floor installation from Kinsey"s Floor Coverings in my daughter's kitchen turned out fantastic! The craftsmanship was outstanding, but more importantly the service behind the scenes was what made the job. The communication was open and they demonstrated a lot of patience working with us in sourcing the flooring, prepping the job and making sure we were pleased with the end result. The company is known for good work, we were not disappointed. I certainly would recommend them as top notch source for flooring needs.
