Because of water damage in my home I had the occasion to replace my existing maple hardwood floor with a new maple floor. Based on the recommendation of a friend I selected Kinsey’s for the job. What a huge mistake. I wanted an edge to edge finish with the maple product selected which it was designed to do. My completed floor today is replete with gaps between boards that even though filled with wood filler show separation. I will never again use or recommend Kinsey’s Flooring to anyone. I really wanted to give Kinsey's Flooring a 5 star review as their sales team, office staff and head installer were phenomenal. Jodi was amazing to work with and allowed me to take samples home multiple times during our selection process. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the floor installation. We had a very large job completed with tear out of bamboo wood flooring and ceramic tile in the main floor of our home.
