BUYER BEWARE. They sent me a purse someone had already opened-plastic bag torn open, purse open, etc. The zipper was cheap and just overall poor quality. They only refund the cost of the purse- not shipping. So, they've obviously received shipping costs on the SAME item multiple times. They refuse to refund shipping and charge an extra shipping fee of $1.98 on top of the original shipping fee. Definitely spen your money on a more reputable and honest company!
The bag is fine. The customer service, however, is atrocious. I recently ordered 2 bags, only one arrived. It was bagged individually, so this is an error on the company shipping. I’ve emailed twice with no response. I attempted to call the number on the website and it doesn’t work. Don’t use this company. They’ll likely rip you off and not respond. Now I’m stuck doing a chargeback.
I ordered my Kinsley Reah purse and was so excited to receive it. I had a slight problem with the zipper but customer service quickly sent me out a replacement. I will be ordering again in the future.
My new bag is so perfect looks expensive and my gun fits comfortably. Needed a more lite weight bag for shoulder injury.
Love this new carry bag that isn’t obviously a carry bag. The materials and hardware anre good quality and pocket locations are perfect. It’s a great size for all the necessities plus a full size S&W. Would order again from this company.
