Love the look of the purse but it’s a little small. I only have a wallet, glasses and a travel pill case in the middle and that’s pretty much all you can get in it.

I ordered the Maddie purse. I don’t like it. I don’t like the rough zipper and I have been trying to return it for about two weeks. The phone number does not work for me and they sent me an email with a link for return and that has not worked as well. Finally the link has worked and I just put it in the mail yesterday. It took that long for the link to work.

The item I ordered was nice but it did not fit my needs. I wanted to return it but have been unsuccessful with getting assistance with the return. The phone number listed on the site does not work, the site has a link to a return portal which does not work nor have I had any luck with getting a response from the mutiple emails I sent. If I can get some assistance with my return, I would be very appreciative.
