Akiyo Thomas and Tedra Crowell were wonderful to work with throughout our son’s move into his new apartment. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, not only regarding the apartment and complex but also the surrounding area. Their friendly and welcoming approach helped make the entire move-in process smooth and pleasant for our family. We truly appreciate everything they did to support our son’s transition into his new home and highly recommend working with these outstanding leasing agents!
Great location. The actual staff you deal with on a regular basis are very nice and do what they can. My apartment luckily doesn't have the issues other people in the building are dealing with. At least for now. The company managing the building (Equity Residential) does a pretty bad job. Any call request or question goes through an AI assistant, which is as frustrating as it sounds. Property management is wildly misinformed of their property lines and are actively abusing the coordination with ACPD Business Outreach Unit (County Code 17-11.1) by harassing citizens on public property by having ACPD issues no trespass orders for property they have no jurisdiction over.
Don’t rent here unless you plan on never being home. Between the non stop banging from faulty equipment and the constantly breaking AC, you’ll do everything you can to be out of your unit as much as possible. And be prepared to have to spend hundreds of dollars extra each month on random fees that even the management has no explanation for.
Edit 8/27/26: After living here for 3 years, we were quoted a very expensive price for our lease renewal and we declined. I now see our unit listed on the website for over $500 LESS than what we were offered if we had stayed. If they value the unit at that price, why raise our rent so much every year? It goes to show they do not value longevity of tenants. Management recently changed, and we are not happy with it. The maintenance requests and leasing office questions need to go through an AI agent now, which is never helpful... read more
