Each time I contact customer service, I’m told it’s with an internal team but no one can provide a clear status or timeline or update. Every call results in a new case number being created, while previous cases are automatically closed- even though nothing has been resolved. The responses have been repetitive and vague, offering no useful information. The lack of transparency and follow-through is disappointing.
